I've been writing about food professionally since 2013, first for Tatler Malaysia and then Robb Report Malaysia. Untethered from a publication, this blog will be my new playground to talk about food matters that pique my interest. From the humble wan ton mee to lavish multi-course kaiseki meals, I'll eat 'em all. Oh, I also love a good drink – whisky with a dash of water, an ice-cold beer, shochu on the rocks or straight up sake – take your pick.
